This is not a traditional lead program. We fund campaigns, brand-building, and growth strategies designed around you. Any opportunities generated from your approved campaigns are directed to you, because the point is to build your pipeline — not rent you ours.

What's the catch on the commission split?

There isn't one. The compensation tiers are flexible based on how much reinvestment you want. The "growth fund" doesn't come out of your commission — it comes from the margin we'd otherwise keep. We make less per loan in exchange for you producing more loans, longer.

Who controls the marketing money?

You do. You decide if it goes to Meta ads, TikTok, mailers, Realtor events, sponsorships, brand content — whatever channel matches your strategy. Our in-house agency can execute campaigns for you, or you can direct it yourself. Either way, the strategy and the leads belong to you.

How is this different from any other branch promising support?
